Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American model and actor who has been featured on a variety of television series as well as films in the last couple of years. In the beginning she worked as an established model, and later after gaining international fame she ventured into acting. She started her acting career in 1995 with the television series 'Baywatch Nights'. Harmon's voice was used in a film adaptation of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' The beginning of 2000 was when Harmon decided to focus only on film and stopped acting in television series. After a brief appearance in a few movies she went back to her television job. One of only a few actors in 2008 who discretely photographed naked for the magazine Allure. The character as the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most significant work in the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. Her role as detective was well-respected and she won several Awards. Angie Harmon is nominated and awarded for outstanding work.
